It depends on the course. Generally Level 2 Awards will be shorter in duration than a Level 3 Certificate or Diploma. Click on the course you're interested in for guidance on the guided and total learning hours for more information. All our self-directed courses can be started and worked through at a pace to suit your needs and personal situation.

Yes of course! We are very happy to answer any questions you might have about a specific course either by email, phone or video call.

Each course is priced individually depending on the amount of content. Our Level 3 Certificate and Diploma courses are longer and more in-depth and therefore have a higher price tag than the Level 2 Awards. For our longer courses we offer a payment plan where you can opt to pay in three instalments over three months, to spread the cost.

If you are following a pathway with us, for example undertaking a Level 2 Award and then a Level 3 Certificate, we may offer a small discount. But this would be agreed on an individual basis. For group bookings within a work team for example, we would consider a discount.

Our aim is to make booking a course as streamlined as possible for learners. Simply click on the course you're interested in, click the Book Now button and you will be taken to a payment page. Once payment has been received, you will get access to your chosen course and all the course resources.

Once a course has been paid for, a refund would not normally be given if you choose to cancel.

It is possible to change a course and book onto another programme offered by Health DC Online. Simply contact us and we can talk through options available.

As soon as we have received payment, you will be sent a link via email to access your course straightaway, or at a time to suit you once you are registered on the course.

This depends on the course you are undertaking. We offer a range of Level 2 Awards and Level 3 Certificates and Diplomas. We are currently developing the Level 4 RSPH Qualification in Nutrition for Health. For each qualification successfully achieved, you will receive the corresponding certificate.
