What is this course?
The RSPH Level 4 Award in Nutrition for Health builds off the foundations established in preceding awards regarding the importance and principles of a well-balanced diet, current public health guidance on healthy eating and the relationship between diet and health. This accredited qualification covers the key role of nutrition in health and wellbeing. Its objective is to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of the nutritional requirements for a healthy diet, the effect of diet on health and the importance of hydration. This qualification is on The Education and Skills Funding Agency list of qualifications approved for funding. This qualification is regulated by Ofqual/CCEA and Qualification Wales.
